Today marks a major milestone: the launch of the Silencio Alpha Burn program. We begin with the permanent removal of 500 million $SLC from circulation, effective immediately.

The First Burn: 500 Million $SLC

This is not a signal. It is a commitment.

Our first burn is complete. These tokens have been removed from circulation, and the transaction is fully verifiable on-chain:

This is only the first step. Over the coming weeks, more than 2.3 billion $SLC will be permanently removed through a phased process. This first phase targets unclaimed community rewards from Silencio’s earliest campaigns.

Where These Tokens Come From

Every token included in this initial burn was previously allocated to early users. These include:

• Tokens from the Beta Airdrop that were never claimed
• Rewards from multiple seasons of Deep in Luck Raffle that went unredeemed

These tokens were meant to reward real contributors. They were never claimed, so they will not return to the treasury… they will be destroyed.

This decision is managed and executed by the BlockSound Foundation, which oversees the integrity of the Silencio token economy and ensures that long-term alignment is always prioritized.

What Comes Next: Billions of $SLC to be burnt

The Alpha Burn is not a one-time event. It is the beginning of a long-term strategy to reduce supply and tie value to real usage across the network.

After the first 2.3 billion $SLC are burned, additional supply will be removed from circulation based on actual network activity. Future burns will be powered by:

• Revenue from data licensing and B2B partnerships
• Advertising revenue from in-app engagement
• Early unlock fees
• Transactions fees
• Subscription revenue

As these revenue lines scale, so will the burn. Every burn will be traceable and publicly reported. And with this, a buyback program will be enabled very soon as well.

We are launching a public Dune Analytics dashboard that will allow anyone to monitor all $SLC burn events. The dashboard shows the amount burned, timestamp, and USD value at the time of each burn.
